wonderful beach-side location.
This is
a holiday predominantly aimed at Modern Jivers, though we appreciate
that many of you like to dabble in related styles, so as well as
plenty of Modern Jive there are also workshops in West Coast Swing,
Argentine Tango, Lindy & Blues. All this from the UK’s top

lovely holiday park.

More about your Holiday
We want you to be inspired by the music at Beach
Bottoms, which is why we have selected a diverse mix of spiffing
DJ’s. With two dance venues running each night you can get all the
jive you can handle plus the option of other styles.
We have
chosen St Audries Bay Holiday Club for its beautiful surroundings on
the Somerset coast, with splendid sea views and access to the beach.
It has a large ballroom with charm and character and a second, more
intimate venue, to give you two dance venues running each night for
all the jive you can handle plus the option of other styles with
blues running late into the night. We've got plenty of lawn outside
for playing games, and direct access to the beach for a lazy
afternoon. If the sea is too cold for you, don’t worry - the hotel
has an indoor heated pool. Your accommodation is a choice of either
an en-suite chalet (double or twin) or a self-catered mobile
home.
Schedule
You may
check in any time after 3pm on Saturday 27th August and you must
check out of your room by 10:30am on Saturday 3rd September. Beach
Bottoms will have a lighter daily workshop schedule than our
weekenders, but will be significantly more than other dance
holidays. Evening dances run every night from 9pm. The Theme for the
Big Night (Friday) is "to be announced".
Booking
A £50
deposit holds each place until 5 weeks before the event. You can
choose to book either an en-suite chalet with breakfast and evening
meals provided, or a self-catered mobile home. If choosing the
self-catered option, you can either book a room in a mobile home or
get a group of friends together to book an entire mobile home. The
mobile homes have options of two, three or four bedrooms. Please
